Spray muffin tin with anti stick spray, put a layer of wonton sheets, pasta sauce, ricotta mixture (15 oz ricotta, one can crushed tomatoes, 2 eggs, and meat if desired), shredded mozzarella and parm, and rep. once more (with wonton sheet, too). Finish with sprinkling with herbs. Cook 19 mins at 375.

I just submitted a knitting design to an online magazine, and i’m so nervous! I keep flip-flopping between thinking my design is awesome and planning how it’ll work, to thinking i’m terrible and no good at all. I hope they respond soon! :)

I am watching Speed Levitch’s movie ‘cruise’, and i have come to the conclusion that if i ever meet anyone who questions me why i boycott businesses who back hate organizations (such as chick fil a or hobby lobby), i’ll tell them that i subscribe to the philosophy that we are all equal, and that the organizations that they back are a difference in that philosophy. Anyone who argues against equality generally looks like a fool.
